For our 50th episode, we bring back James Pratt of Pratt Performance Systems in Martinsville, NJ. James's first appearance on the podcast was just a few weeks before quarantine. So he comes back with a totally different perspective on running his business.

Dr. Kevin Pecca has the honor of being the first chiropractor on The Stay Healthy New Jersey Podcast. Kevin practices the Blair Upper Cervical technique that focuses on upper neck alignment and health.
Kevin shares his remarkable story with Justin as to how he discovered this specialty. He suffered 6 concussions playing ice hockey, leaving him with an array of symptoms such as headaches, blurred vision, dizziness, brain fog, lightheadedness, anxiety, depression, hand tremors, and knee pain. These problems lasted four years and became so debilitating he contemplated ending his own life.
Through a referral from a friend, he discovered the technique that would ultimately save his life.

Justin is not only the owner of a successful gym. He's an elite CrossFit athlete - having competed three times in the CrossFit Games and most recently in 2019 finishing second in his age group.
Justin share how he got involved in CrossFit and rose to the top of the leaderboard, the status of his gym during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and more.
